Great example of getting the job done. This was a spur of the moment decision and I live 2 hours away and we had another 2 hour drive to meet our children in College Station. We were only 30 minutes behind. So all in all Logan and the loan officer (sorry I forgot his name) pushed forward and was able to get us back on the road quickly.

My overall service was good with the person assigned to me, edger S. He kept open communication and kept me updated at all times but there weren’t any rental cars available for me and my car was in the shop for close to a month.

Your vehicle is in their best interest. Set your appointment, show up and you are treated like royalty during your service visit. The seats are very comfortable in the waiting room and you have access to water and snacks if you desire. Service writers are very informative and will answer any question you have. You will drive away with a comfortable feeling knowing that you and your vehicle was well taken care of.
