Trim Levels of the 2020 Wrangler

Brought to you by Texan CDJR

There are many ways that Jeep continues to be the leader for off-roading vehicles. They accomplish this especially with the Jeep Wrangler, which has been crushing the competition for decades. In the 2020 model year, the Wrangler continues its trek at the top of the automotive mountain. There’s a new V6 mild hybrid engine option for the Sahara trim, a new Altitude variant for both Sport and Sahara models, and a few unique special-edition options. The Wrangler is unrelenting, and gives you the customization options that you love. We want to particularly focus on the trim levels that you will find. That is why, down below, we’re going through the major trims to give you a rundown on what they have to offer.

Sport:

We are starting everything off with the base, and reliable Sport trim. Among the different body styles, the Sport trim makes sure that it gives you basic and necessary features to make every ride that much better. You’ll find features like Bluetooth, a USB port, removable full metal doors, an eight-speaker sound system, fog lights, push-button start, a five-inch touchscreen, a fold-down windshield, a height-adjustable driver’s seat, a rearview camera, cruise control, tow hooks, and skid plates. You will find two variants with this trim. The first is Sport S, which includes automatic headlights, heated power mirrors, air conditioning, sun visors, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel. The other option is Black and Tan, which includes a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, side rails, and all-terrain tires.

Sahara:

Another great option to be looking at is the Sahara trim, which only comes in the Unlimited four-door configuration. This trim comes with many of the features that were already mentioned with Sport, while also including a lockable center differential, and a full-time four-wheel-drive system. You’ll find heavy-duty brakes, a hardtop, a rear window defroster, 18-inch wheels, Apple CarPlay, a larger driver information display, and satellite radio. An Altitude variant is also available, giving you leather upholstery, and a leather-wrapped shifter.

Rubicon:

The very last trim that we are looking at is the one that was built with off-roading plans in mind. You will be able to get features like special tires, upgraded cloth upholstery, heavy-duty axles with shorter gearing, 17-inch wheels, rock rails, electronic front and rear lockable differentials, and an electronically disconnecting front stabilizer bar. Beyond these features, there are a few packages you might be interested in too, like Safety Group, and even Advanced Safety Group. Throughout these packages, you’ll find front and rear parking sensors, a forward-collision warning system, a blind-spot monitor, and adaptive cruise control.
